Do you ever feel like living in two different worlds?
Like the professional you and the personal you are two separate people — disconnected, misaligned, maybe even at odds?
Or maybe you're simply feeling unclear about your next professional step.
If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
Hi, I’m Gonzalo
Career Alignment Coach
and originally from Patagonia, Argentina - now based in Perth, Australia.
For years, I did everything “right.” I moved to Buenos Aires at 18 to study Human Resources and built a career in HR consultancy, working with major global firms. But despite the stability and success, something felt off. My work looked good on paper — but inside, I felt disconnected.
That discomfort became a turning point. I realized I was making career decisions based on expectations, not alignment. I wasn’t living from my values, purpose, or passions — and that realization changed everything.
Lets find out together, how to align your career with your true self
In 2018, I left the corporate world and began a journey through New Zealand, Europe, and Asia — not just to travel, but to pause and reconnect with myself.
Along the way, I met many people — some just starting their careers, others navigating big transitions. Despite our differences, we shared the same feeling: uncertainty about the path ahead.
Those conversations reminded me that career confusion is deeply human — and that real clarity comes from reconnecting with who we truly are.
Since then, I’ve become a certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Ikigai Coach — with the purpose of helping professionals around the world who, like I once did, feel stuck, misaligned, or ready for change.

“Gonzalo took the time to learn about my challenges, and offered encouragement and great ideas to brainstorm through them. Going into the course I wasn’t entirely sure about my direction and career goals. The learnings and discussions prompted me to prioritize and tackle opportunities head on, and truly made a wonderful difference. ” J.H.
